Senior Category Manager - Fit Out

ROLE PROFILECollaborate with the Category Lead to deliver strategic roadmaps and annual budgets aligned with F&B business needs.Develop and implement sourcing strategies in compliance with legal, policy, and business requirements.Lead complex sourcing activities for new projects, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.Drive cost savings through consolidation, standardization, and detailed cost analysis including TCO.Lead supplier negotiations and finalize commercial agreements in coordination with legal teams.Analyze market trends and spend data to identify cost drivers, opportunities, and business improvements.Build and manage supplier relationships, ensure performance, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders across OpCos.Lead and develop the procurement team, ensuring successful project delivery aligned with category strategies and KPIs.REQUIREMENTSExperience in a large Direct Procurement organization specifically F&B Category dealing with multiple sourcing activities Experience in negotiating big deals within the F&B Category Experience in Procurement within "Shared Services" is a plus to prProven ability to negotiate high-value deals, perform spend analysis, and develop procurement strategies to drive value.Hands-on experience with e-sourcing platforms and ERPs such as Oracle, Ariba, and Coupa; shared services experience is a plus.Deep understanding of procurement best practices, contract terms, and local regulations, with the ability to assess legal and business risks.Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills, with a customer-focused and influencing mindset.Bachelor’s degree required, with preferred certifications (MCIPS/CIPS/APICS-CSCP), optional MBA, and fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).WHAT WE OFFERAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
