Senior Civil Engineer

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Implement consistent and sustainable enhancement to all the bank’s properties portfolio in terms of operation maintenance, rush projects and locations’ adjustments.Manage property requirements and maintain properties efficiency through regular inspections of property for damage and contractor effectiveness.Prepare relevant reports and document all project’s tasks and deliverables.Handle projects’ engineering aspects starting from the proposed design, BOQs, contractors’ management …etc. till operation.Monitor the consistency of Visual Identity (VI) on all branches and premises.Manage resources; materials, human capital …etc.Full abidance to the assigned project budget through the different project phases to minimize any change request as well as following the project’s set schedule to ensure timely completion while maintaining high level quality standards.Identify potential project risks and report it to operational maintenance head.Conduct regular visits to the locations under construction and attend site progress meetings and Integrated Systems Testing.Track maintenance companies’ performance in line with contractual agreements and SLAs and report to the operational maintenance head.Monitor equipment inventory (if any) and place orders when necessary.Ensure the availability of accurate maintenance logs, reports and regular update of comprehensive properties’ data baseProvide engineering technical support to bank management and internal customers.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Energy or Construction)Senior Engineer: 5 – 7 years’ experience in construction sites or operational maintenance.Knowledge of local and international construction laws, regulations, and guidelines.Budget management experienceFamiliarity with developing a site safety planSkillsCommercial awarenessStakeholders’ managementStrong communication and negotiations skillsHigh attention to detailsProblem solvingTeam Player
