eview and audit EPC contractor civil designs, including earthworks, foundations, cable routes, access roads, drainage systems, and site infrastructure.Review geotechnical investigation reports and evaluate foundation design approaches for shallow and pile foundation systems.Conduct structural reviews of mounting structure foundations, substation buildings, control rooms, and security fencing.Review civil works specifications, material schedules, and construction method statements to ensure compliance with project requirements.Prepare engineering review comments, technical reports, and documentation for the civil discipline.Provide technical guidance and support to the onsite Civil QA/QC Inspector on complex inspection and quality-related matters.Assess EPC contractor technical deviations, material substitutions, and proposed construction methodologies.Coordinate with the Architectural Engineer to ensure effective civil-architectural interface integration.Review as-built civil drawings and verify conformance with approved designs and project specifications.Support the Engineering Manager in preparing technical responses related to civil engineering contractual matters. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; a Master's degree is an advantage.Minimum of 12 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably with experience in solar PV projects or large-scale infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of geotechnical engineering, foundation design, structural analysis, and civil construction practices.Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD.Pro, or SAP2000 is an advantage.Familiarity with international engineering standards and codes, including IEC, BS, and Eurocodes.Excellent technical report writing, documentation, and analytical skills.Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary project teams.
