Job Purpose:The role is responsible for managing service providers, supervising maintenance activities, and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues to enhance M squared residents’ satisfaction and community value.Job Responsibilities: • Establishing a strong relation of trust by professionally answering all resident`s inquiries, settling disputes, and resolving all issues. • Receiving customer complaints and inquiries, directing them to the department concerned, then follow up to ensure resolution on time. • Coordinating and managing events and entertainment activities with different departments to create traffic and client`s satisfaction. • Reporting violation and following the agreed standers procedure till it is resolved. • Responding directly to emergency repairs cases which must be dealt with immediately. • Assuring work orders for maintenance department based on information from residents, based on information gathered from site visits.Job Requirements: • Bachelor`s degree in Engineering. • 3 to 5 years of experience in community management within real estate developers. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • ery good command of English (written and spoken).
