This dual-focused role requires an expert who can seamlessly govern end-to-end Payroll & Personnel operations while driving key Organizational Development (OD) initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring competitive total rewards frameworks, legal compliance, accurate payroll execution, and designing organizational structures that align with our strategic growth business goals.Key Responsibilities:1. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)Design, implement, and review competitive salary scales and grading structures based on market benchmarking and salary surveys.Manage annual merit increase cycles, bonus distributions, and incentive programs.Oversee corporate benefits packages, including medical insurance, social insurance, and variable allowances, while managing vendor relationships and contract renewals.Analyze workforce costs, turnover data, and budgeting metrics to provide data-driven insights to senior leadership.2. End-to-End Payroll & Personnel OperationsManage the complete monthly payroll cycle, ensuring 100% accuracy in salary calculations, statutory deductions, and tax settlements.Supervise the Personnel department in maintaining flawless employee records, contract renewals, vacations/attendance tracking, and labor law compliance.Handle complex labor office relations, social insurance filing, and manage internal or external HR compliance audits.Oversee employee exit processes, final settlements, and clearance paperwork.3. Organizational Development (OD)Lead job evaluation and job mapping exercises to guarantee internal equity across all branches.Design, update, and maintain official Organizational Charts, reporting lines, and workforce models.Create and standardize precise Job Descriptions (JDs) and competency frameworks across departments.Participate in workforce planning and headcount budgeting to maximize resource utilization and efficiency.Optimize internal HR policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and employee point or performance tracking systems. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, or an equivalent field. An HR Diploma or a certified C&B/OD certification is highly preferred.5+ years of progressive experience in HR, with deep technical expertise combining Payroll, Personnel, and OD.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data modeling, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and experience working with HRIS/ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, or Oracle).In-depth, solid knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.Exceptional numerical accuracy, strong analytical mindset, and confidentiality.Fluency in English (written and verbal).
