Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Qesm 1st New Cairo for a Senior Consultant at Power Real Estate. The Senior Consultant will guide clients through the home buying and selling process, provide expert advice, and develop tailored real estate strategies. Daily responsibilities include market research, client consultations, property assessments, and negotiation on behalf of clients. The role also requires maintaining client relationships and collaborating with team members to meet organizational goals. Qualifications Comprehensive understanding of real estate market trends and property evaluation techniquesProven skills in client relationship management and providing tailored real estate solutionsNegotiation and sales expertise to successfully meet clients' property goalsStrong interpersonal and communication skills for client consultations and team collaborationProficiency in property marketing and the use of relevant real estate tools and technologiesAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects effectivelyBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferredExperience in a senior consultancy or leadership role within the real estate industry is an advantage
