Our mission is to create meaningful impact by empowering businesses and delivering measurable human value.About the Job:We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Research & Insights practice — a high-performing team that partners with enterprise and government clients across the GCC to turn complex customer, market, and experience data into decisions that move organizations forward.This is not a traditional market research seat. It is a strategic, client-facing consulting role for someone who thinks like an analyst, writes like a strategist, and operates with the curiosity of an early adopter. You will own end-to-end engagements across, Voice of Customer, brand and CX performance programs — translating data into top management ready narratives and pragmatic recommendations.You will also help shape how our practice integrates AI into every layer of the workflow, from research design and synthesis to reporting, storytelling, and client advisory.Your Main Duties Will Include: • Lead quantitative and mixed-method research engagements for major enterprise and public-sector clients, from scoping and methodology design through to insight delivery and executive presentation.• Design and refine instruments for transactional and relational CX studies, segmentation, benchmarking, and ad-hoc market intelligence projects.• Interrogate large, complex datasets to surface trends, drivers, root causes, and performance improvement opportunities — not just describe what happened but explain why and what to do next.• Build performance and executive reports that elevate research from operational reporting into strategic advisory.• Present findings to C-level and senior government stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and commercial judgment.• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on customer experience strategy, measurement frameworks, and the maturity of their insight functions.• Embed AI tools across the research lifecycle — accelerating analysis, synthesis, reporting, and proposal development while maintaining analytical rigor.• Mentor and supervise Business Analysts and Consultants, raising the proficiency standard of the team.• Contribute to thought leadership, methodology development, and the firm’s broader point of view on the future of research and CX in an AI-enabled world.What We Expect From You:Experience & Background• 6–10 years in market research, customer experience consulting, or insights advisory, ideally with time spent at firms such as Ipsos, Kantar, NielsenIQ, YouGov, PwC, EY, Deloitte, Accenture, or a specialized CX/research consultancy.• A demonstrable track record of leading quantitative research programs end-to-end and presenting to senior client stakeholders.• Direct experience managing CSAT, NPS, and Voice of Customer programs at enterprise scale.• Exposure to GCC enterprise or government clients is strongly preferred.Analytical & Technical Depth• Strong command of quantitative research methodologies, statistical analysis, questionnaire design, sampling, weighting, segmentation, and benchmarking.• Advanced Excel capabilities is required; working fluency with statistical tools is a plus (SPSS, R, Python, or equivalent).• Experience in briefing on dashboard design and data visualizations; building on Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms is a plus.• Comfort working with large, messy datasets and a discipline for validating outputs before they reach a client.AI Fluency & Modern Consulting Capabilities• Active, daily user of generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar) within professional workflows.• Practical understanding of how AI is reshaping research design, text analytics, sentiment analysis, automated reporting, insight synthesis, and the broader consulting operating model.• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs — knowing when to trust them, when to challenge them, and how to validate them against analytical first principles.• A workflow-optimization mindset: you instinctively look for where AI can compress effort without compromising quality.Consulting & Communication• Exceptional written communication and executive storytelling — your reports read like consulting deliverables.• Confident facilitator and presenter, comfortable in front of senior client audiences.• Strong commercial judgment and stakeholder management instincts.• A consultant’s temperament: structured, curious, calm under pressure, and quietly competitive about the quality of your work.Preferred Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, or social-science discipline; a postgraduate qualification (MBA, MSc in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, or related) is a plus.• Professional certifications in market research, CX (CCXP), analytics, or AI/data are welcomed.• Arabic language capability is a must given our client base.What You Can Expect From Us At New Metrics, we are committed to creating an inclusive, flexible, human-centric and supportive work environment.When you join our team, you can expect:1.
