Job DescriptionThe Kraft Heinz Company is looking for aSenior Continuous Improvement Specialistto lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site to enhance operational performance, strengthen management system implementation, and build sustainable CI capabilities aligned with the business strategy.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategy & DeploymentLead the deployment of the site CI roadmap aligned with business objectives.Support the implementation and governance of management systems (KHMS / operational excellence framework).Translate strategic priorities into structured improvement initiatives.2. Process Improvement & Problem SolvingLead cross-functional Kaizen events and improvement projects.Apply Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and structured problem-solving methodologies.Coach teams on root-cause analysis (RCA), A3 thinking, and data-driven decision-making.Track and validate impact (cost savings, productivity, quality, and service).3. Performance ManagementDrive KPI review routines and performance governance.Establish visual management systems and daily management standards.Identify performance gaps and ensure corrective action plans are executed.4. Capability BuildingDevelop and deliver CI training programs.Mentor pillar leaders and functional teams.Build internal CI capability and a succession pipeline.5.
