 Identify and approach potential SME and corporate clients to promote Carofi's products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective SME and corporate customers. Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with business owners, decision-makers, and key stakeholders to generate business opportunities. Understand client requirements and propose suitable financing solutions that meet their business needs. Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and agreements. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for corporate clients. Handle client concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Go the extra mile to maximize customer satisfaction and secure long-term business relationships.  Proven experience of 3–5 years in corporate sales, SME sales, B2B sales, business development, or account management. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Good knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to identify business opportunities and convert prospects into clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
