Job Responsibilities : 1. KPI Framework & Diagnostic AnalyticsMaintain and evolve the departmental KPI framework, including Billing %, POC %, Planning Progress %, and the Forecast Accuracy KPI.Apply the diagnostic case library to interpret KPI combinations, produce root-cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions at project and portfolio level.Configure and tune for each KPI; ensure governance consistency across projects.Produce monthly KPI scorecards and diagnostic memos for Department leadership review.2. Power BI Dashboards & Data VisualizationDesign, build, and maintain executive-grade Power BI dashboards for cost control, manpower, financial performance, and forecast accuracy.Develop advanced DAX measures (time intelligence, variance, cumulative, scenario comparison) and optimize data models (star & snowflake schema, calculated tables, RLS).Build custom HTML / SVG DAX visuals using the HTML Content. (Bonus)Apply a consistent design system — typography, palette, spacing, RAG color logic — across all reports / dashboards.Partner with other departments to publish, govern, and refresh dashboards on Power BI Service; manage workspaces, gateways, and access.3. Oracle ERP Data & ReportingExtract, clean, and validate project cost data from Oracle ERP — (Actual Cost), commitments, WBS/CBS mappings, and project budgets and definitions.Build structured (Power BI Service) datasets and semantic layers that feed Power BI.Support ERP governance: master data quality, cost element consistency, and alignment to the departmental CBS.Troubleshoot reporting gaps between ERP and cost control operation team reports; recommend system or process fixes.4. AI & Automation EnablementWorking knowledge of AI-powered tools (Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Figma) that accelerate cost reporting, KPI diagnosis, BRD drafting, and ERP query support.Engage with the AI Department to test and validate AI use cases for the Cost Control Department.Design and operate automation workflows using Power Automate or equivalent. (Bonus)5. SOP, Governance & Process DocumentationAuthor and maintain departmental SOPs, handbooks, and procedure documents — including PFR preparation, Budget Validation, PR review, EAC methodology, Invoicing, and cash flow.Produce BRDs, process maps (BPMN), governance checklists, and rollout packs to support new digital solutions.Support internal audits and compliance reviews with traceable documentation and evidence.6. Stakeholder Engagement & Continuous ImprovementPartner with Digital Operation Management, Quality, AI, PMO, Planning, Procurement, and Finance Departments to align requirements and resolve disputes.Present cost positions, KPI diagnostics, and forecast movements to senior leadership in a clear, data-backed manner.Mentor junior cost engineers on forecasting mechanics, Power BI, and digital ways of working.Identify, propose, and pilot improvements to cost control processes, tools, and templates.Job Requirements :Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Construction Engineering.5 years in EPC project cost control, project controls, or commercial management — preferably in Power, Substation, Infrastructure, or Industrial projectsDeep familiarity with CBS/WBS structuring, EVM, EAC forecasting, POC measurement, billing mechanics, and cost narrative preparation.Hands-on Oracle ERP experience (Projects, PO, AP, GL) is mandatory. Exposure to Oracle Fusion is a plus.AACE CCP / PMP or equivalent. AI or data certifications (Microsoft PL-300, etc.) are a strong plus.
