How you’ll make an impact:The Global Supplier Support (GSS) Air Team delivers operational, functional, procedural, and technical support across a broad range of Travelport products and services for airline partners, subscribers, and internal teams. Operating globally across APAC, AFMESA, Europe, and the Americas, the team you’ll be part of provides comprehensive global coverage while enabling you to continuously improve your development through collaboration with your SME colleagues. You’ll use your experience and knowledge to go to the next level of your career.Your role in action:Provide support to airline partners via the ServiceNow casesHandle escalated “no rec” and Schedule & Availability cases from 1st level and Operator desks.Be on hand to also handle calls, and chatsConduct tests for our airline partnersHelp internal Travelport colleagues with queries and questionsCould this be you?Be expert on all Travelport systems including TP+, 1G, 1V and 1P.Be 100% experienced and proficient in MYTP and ServiceNowProactively manage and resolve daily operational issues.Ability to work on your own when required.Solutions driven.Bring your experience to GSS and enhance our work
