Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a VIP Customer Service Back Office Representative, based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves ensuring exceptional support for VIP clients by managing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Responsibilities include maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication, providing personalized assistance, and ensuring the smooth operation of back-office tasks to enhance the overall customer experience. Collaboration with internal teams to address client needs is also a critical aspect of this position.
