• Handle customer inquiries related to customs clearance processes and shipments.• Follow up with clients on required documents and clearance status.• Coordinate with customs brokers and internal teams to ensure smooth clearance.• Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.• Provide accurate updates and maintain strong client relationships.• Support in handling escalations and complex cases. 3–5 years' experience in customs clearance customer service or shipping operations. Strong understanding of customs procedures and documentation.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions. Good command of English. Experience in logistics / freight forwarding is a Must.
