In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and implementing advanced business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and regional functions to deliver impactful insights and scalable reporting solutions.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business intelligence and reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions and actionable deliverables.Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar platforms.Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources including SQL databases, Excel files, APIs, and third-party applications.Build and maintain ETL processes, data pipelines, and data workflows to ensure efficient and reliable data movement.Design and optimize data models, data warehouses, and data lakes to support scalable reporting and analytics.Write advanced SQL queries, scripts, and stored procedures to extract, transform, and load data efficiently.Ensure data integrity, accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting and analytics environments.Monitor and troubleshoot BI reports, dashboards, data pipelines, and data sources to resolve issues proactively.Deliver clear and impactful insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through data storytelling and visualization.Process, clean, and validate large datasets for analysis and reporting purposes.Continuously stay updated on emerging BI, analytics, cloud, and data technologies and recommend best practices.Support organizational change management initiatives and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.Master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline is a plus.Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or Data Engineering.Strong hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.Advanced SQL knowledge and experience with database management systems such as SQL Server or Oracle.Good understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.Experience with Python and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is considered an advantage.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.Experience working in fast-paced and collaborative environments; FMCG industry experience is preferred.What We’re Looking ForA proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for data and business transformation.Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.If you are passionate about turning data into meaningful business insights and want to be part of a dynamic digital transformation journey, we would love to hear from you.
