Senior Design Manager

Nawy Real Estate is looking for an experienced Senior Design Manager to lead our design team and oversee the development of innovative design solutions for our real estate projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the design process from concept through execution, ensuring that all projects align with the company's vision and client expectations.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of graphic and product designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environmentDevelop design strategies that align with company objectives and client needsOversee the design process for all real estate projects, ensuring consistency and quality across all materialsWork closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and construction, to integrate design with overall project goalsManage project timelines and resources effectively to deliver high-quality design solutions on time and within budgetConduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance their skills and outputStay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the design team remains competitive and innovativeRequirementsBachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field5+ years of experience in design management, preferably in the real estate or construction sectorStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a teamProficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and FigmaExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong portfolio showcasing management of design projects and innovative solutionsAbility to balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
