We build revenue systems for brands that are serious about growing.We're looking for a senior operator who can sit at the center of the client relationship: own the conversation, own the strategy, and direct the creative that brings it to life.The roleYou are the brand's strategic lead and the client's main point of contact. You translate business goals into marketing strategy, brief and steer the creative output, and keep clients confident that their growth is in good hands. This is part strategist, part account manager, part creative director-of-thought — a senior seat for someone who can think and communicate at a high level.What you'll ownClient communications — Be the primary point of contact. Run calls, manage expectations, deliver updates, and build trust with every interaction.Media buying — Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns hands-on across Meta and Google. Expert-level buying, always current with platform and algorithm changes.Brand & marketing strategy — Develop full-funnel strategy for each brand: positioning, messaging, channel mix, and the growth roadmap that ties it together.Creative direction — Brief, guide, and quality-check creative output (copy, visuals, video, ads) so it's on-brand, on-strategy, and built to convert.Key account management — Own retention and growth within your accounts. Spot opportunities, prevent churn, and keep clients scaling with us.Performance accountability — Track the numbers that matter, translate data into decisions, and report results clearly. No vanity metrics.What you bring4+ years in digital marketing, brand strategy, or account management — ideally agency-side or with multiple brands.Expert media buyer — hands-on in Meta Ads and Google Ads, with the numbers to prove it, and current with every platform and algorithm change.A strong grasp of full-funnel digital marketing: paid media, content, CRO, retention, and how they connect.Proven ability to direct creative — you can brief a designer or copywriter and know what "good" looks like.Excellent client-facing communication in English (Arabic is a strong plus).A strategic, data-literate mind: you make decisions from numbers, not gut feel.Comfort owning relationships and outcomes with minimal hand-holding. You're senior for a reason.Hands-on experience across both e-commerce/DTC and B2B/lead-gen brands.Working command of the core stack: Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and modern AI/automation workflows.A track record — a portfolio of brands you've actually helped scale.Compensation & logisticsStarting salary: 21,000 EGP/monthAfter 3 months: 25,000 EGP/month — negotiable based on performanceType: Full-time, fully remoteGrowth: Real upside for performers.
