Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior Digital Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.Key Responsibilities: Digital Business Partnership & Roadmap Ownership: Own the Limitless Naturals digital product portfolio end-to-end, translate business priorities into digital requirements and investment cases, maintain a prioritized backlog aligned to cluster OKRs, and drive quarterly roadmap reviews with business and DT leadership. Cross-Vertical Service Delivery: Act as the primary liaison between Limitless Naturals and all DT verticals (AI & Data, IT, Oracle ERP, Demand Planning, Software, Contact Center), ensure all digital requests are scoped and tracked through the DT PMO framework with clear SLAs and ownership, and proactively manage cross-team dependencies and RACI clarity across all delivery streams. E-Commerce & DTC Ownership: Own the digital product vision for Limitless Naturals DTC and e-commerce—including platform management, performance optimization, and agency coordination; define and track DTC KPIs (traffic, conversion, cart abandonment, repeat purchase rate, and customer LTV); and ensure ERP integration, inventory sync, and order management workflows are robust and continuously optimized. AI & Data Enablement: Identify and prioritize AI use cases within the cluster (demand sensing, customer segmentation, personalization, and campaign optimization); drive EVA AI adoption among business users; and define data requirements for cluster-specific dashboards and reporting. Governance & Reporting: Produce monthly digital progress reports covering roadmap status, delivery velocity, risks, and business impact; ensure all cluster digital investments comply with DT governance and approval frameworks. RequirementsBachelor's in Engineering and MBA or equivalent postgraduate business qualification. 7-10 years total, with at least 4 years in digital product management or digital transformation. Proven background bridging commercial and technology teams; Pharma, FMCG, or consumer health background preferred. Certifications required: CSM, CSPO, or SAFe Product Manager / Scrum certification (mandatory); PMP or AgilePM (preferred). Data literacy with KPI frameworks and BI tools.
