People Development & Coaching (Field Force Effectiveness)Field Coaching (Dual Visits): Spend a minimum of 60–70% of time in the field with Medical Representatives, providing real-time feedback on Detailing Excellence, objection handling, and closing techniques.Competency Mapping: Identify skill gaps within the team and implement Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to build a high-performing and sustainable sales force.Motivation & Retention: Foster a competitive yet collaborative team culture aligned with the company’s core values and performance standards.3. Scientific DetailingMessage Mastery: Ensure the team delivers a consistent, evidence-based scientific message that differentiates the company’s products from competitors.KOL Management: Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to ensure brand advocacy and peer-to-peer influence.Medical Events: Oversee the execution of district-level scientific roundtables, Continuous Medical Education (CME) events, and group meetings to increase brand awareness.4.
