Essential and required experience using Revit software for preparing and reviewing models and drawings. Strong experience in preparing and reviewing shop drawings and as-built drawings. Experience in quantity surveying and preparing payment certificates. Experience in reviewing and approving material submissions and technical specifications. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel). Ability to coordinate between the site, consultant, and project management. Strong organizational and analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure
