Experience maintenance manager in manufacturing and production for at least 10 years in plant maintenance.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. The ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions quickly is also important..Knowledge and understanding of plant safety procedures, troubleshooting equipment and preventative maintenance procedures.Supervisory and team leading skills.Planning and organizing.
