Senior Embedded Engineer (AUTOSAR Classic)

We are seeking an AUTOSAR Embedded Software Engineer to join our automotive engineering team and contribute to the development of AUTOSAR Classic Complex Device Drivers (CDD) for advanced automotive platforms.In this role, you will participate in the complete embedded software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, software design, implementation, unit testing, and debugging, while following ASPICE-compliant development processes.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze software requirements and technical specifications.Develop Software Detailed Design (SDD) documentation in accordance with ASPICE guidelines.Design, develop, and maintain AUTOSAR Classic software components, with a focus on Complex Device Drivers (CDD).Implement software units using the C programming language.Develop and execute unit tests to ensure software quality and reliability.Analyze software architecture, design documentation, and source code to identify issues and propose improvements.Debug low-level embedded software running on automotive ECUs.Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality automotive software solutions.Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions throughout the development lifecycle.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.Strong proficiency in the C programming language.Professional experience in the automotive software development domain.Solid understanding of the AUTOSAR Classic Platform, including:Microcontroller Abstraction Layer (MCAL)Services LayerECU Abstraction LayerComplex Device Drivers (CDD)Runtime Environment (RTE)Experience using AUTOSAR configuration tools such as:EB TresosVector DaVinci ConfiguratorVector DaVinci DeveloperExperience creating Software Detailed Design (SDD) documentation.Ability to interpret and analyze:Software requirementsSoftware architectureDesign documentationAbility to understand, analyze, and troubleshoot existing source code.Experience debugging low-level embedded software applications.Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher English communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Nice to HaveExperience working within ASPICE development processes.Experience creating Software Architecture Design (SAD) documentation.Familiarity with automotive software quality and functional safety processes.Why Join Intellias?Work on cutting-edge AUTOSAR Classic Platform projects for leading automotive customers.Collaborate with highly skilled embedded software engineers in an international environment.Gain exposure to modern automotive software architectures and development methodologies.Participate in technically challenging projects using industry-standard AUTOSAR tools and processes.Grow your expertise within a supportive, innovation-driven engineering culture.Enjoy long-term career development opportunities within a global technology company.
