We're hiring “Senior End Users Sales” to drive growth through strategic customer relationships and consultative selling. If you're passionate about understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that improve efficiency and sustainability, this role offers the visibility and impact you're looking for. .What will you do?Drive sales growth and achieve revenue and profitability targets within the Building Segment. Develop and maintain strong relationships with end users, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and increase sales. Understand customer needs, challenges, and project requirements, and provide value-added solutions that meet their expectations. Manage and grow strategic customer accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction. Monitor and manage project pipelines, identifying opportunities from the early design and specification stages through project completion. Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to maximize project success and deliver excellent customer experience. Strong influencing skills to engage stakeholders and drive alignment across internal and external teams Growth mindset with natural curiosity to explore customer challenges and uncover new opportunities Adaptability to navigate changing priorities and customer dynamics with confidence Willing to travel on all the territories inside Egypt.
