The company is dedicated to delivering tailored, cost-effective solutions aligned with clients' business objectives, making it a trusted partner in the region's IT landscape.The Senior ETL Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining ETL processes and data integration solutions to support the organization's Data Warehouse, reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives. The role ensures data accuracy, quality, scalability, and performance across multiple data sources.Key Work Areas:- · Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.· Build and optimize Data Warehouse solutions and data integration workflows.· Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into ETL solutions.· Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across source and target systems.· Monitor ETL jobs and troubleshoot data loading issues.· Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation activities.· Optimize ETL performance and database queries.· Collaborate with Data Architects, BI Developers, Data Analysts, and business stakeholders.· Support data governance, security, and compliance requirements.· Prepare technical documentation and maintain ETL standards and best practices.· Mentor junior ETL engineers and provide technical guidance.l Certification Knowledge/Education / Certifications: - · Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field· Certifications in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Azure, AWS, or related technologies are preferred.Technical Skills· Advanced SQL and database development skills.· Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT concepts and methodologies.· Experience with Data Warehouse architecture and dimensional modeling.· Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, or similar platforms.· Understanding of data quality, data governance, and performance tuning.· Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is preferred. Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in ETL Development and Data Warehousing.Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Informatica, Talend, DataStage, or similar.Strong experience in Data Warehouse design and implementation.Experience working with large-scale databases and enterprise data environments.Experience with cloud-based data platforms is preferred.
