A fast-growing company in Fresh Produce Export is looking for a Senior Export Logistics Specialist to join our operations team.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full export cycle from PO confirmation to final document dispatch Coordinate with: Shipping lines & freight forwardersPacking housesTrucking companies & clearance agentsHandle bookings, vessel schedules, ETD / ETA follow-upPrepare, review, and control export documents:Commercial InvoicPacking ListShipping InstructionsEnsure smooth operations, on-time shipments, and issue resolution Proven experience in export logistics (fruits & vegetables is a strong must )Good understanding of export documentation & shipping processesStrong follow-up and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple shipmentGood English (written & reading is essential)
