As a stable, family-owned business, Jokey offers an international and long-term oriented working environment.Role Description As a Senior Export Sales Specialist at Jokey Group, you will drive international sales growth by identifying, developing, and managing export markets and key accounts. This full-time, on-site role is based in Badr City and involves building strong relationships with international customers, distributors, and partners while ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction. You will conduct market and competitor analysis, prepare sales forecasts, develop pricing and negotiation strategies, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely order processing, shipment planning, and compliance with export regulations and documentation. You will also prepare sales reports, participate in trade fairs or customer visits, and provide regular feedback to management on market trends and business opportunities.Qualifications Strong International Sales and Export skills, with proven experience in developing and managing overseas markets.Solid expertise in Sales strategy and execution, including account management and pipeline development.Effective Communication skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships and negotiate with international stakeholders.Proficiency in Market Research to identify opportunities, analyze competitors, and support data-driven decisions.Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.Experience in the plastics, packaging, manufacturing, or related industrial sectors is highly beneficial.Fluency in English, with additional languages considered an asset.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.Willingness to travel internationally as required for customer visits, negotiations, and trade events.
