We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our corporate finance advisory team. You'll work directly on transaction advisory related engagements, company valuations, financial modeling and feasibility studies for clients across a range of sectors. If you thrive on building models from the ground up, digging into the drivers behind the numbers, and presenting your findings to clients, this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze financial data and report on company performance against key drivers and KPIsBuild detailed financial models, including full three-statement modelsPerform company valuations using DCF, comparable companies, and precedent transaction approachesReview and analyze financial statements and annual reportsConduct market research and comparable analysis, sourcing data on comparable companies and transactions via CapIQAnalyze forecasts and recommend actions to optimize performanceSupport client meetings and presentations, and respond to client inquiries directlyQualifications3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, valuations, and modelingPrior advisory experience within a reputable corporate finance team (required)Active progress toward a professional certification such as the CFA (required)Advanced Excel skillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experienceStrong written and verbal communication, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamWhy join usYou'll take ownership of high impact engagements from day one not just supporting roles, but leading work that directly shapes client decisions.
