Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Manager with expertise in the construction industry. The position is based in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The Financial Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting specific to construction projects. They will analyze financial performance, ensure compliance with local regulations, evaluate project costs, and develop strategies to optimize financial resources. Additionally, the Financial Manager will liaise with auditors, manage contracts, and support decision-making by providing key financial insights. Qualifications Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and financial reporting. Experience in construction project cost management, contract evaluation, and resource optimization is required. Proficiency in financial systems and accounting software, alongside advanced knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements. Effective organizational capabilities, team leadership experience, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is highly advantageous. Previous experience in the construction or project management sector is a must.
