Senior FP&A Analyst – Emerging Markets Description – Senior FP&A Analyst (Emerging Markets) Location: Cairo, Egypt Reporting To: Emerging Markets FP&A ManagerRole Purpose We are looking for a dynamic Senior FP&A Analyst to support the Emerging Markets FP&A organization. This role will focus on regional consolidation, performance reporting, forecasting, analytics, and supporting strategic decision-making across multiple markets. The role requires someone comfortable working with complexity, multiple stakeholders, and high reporting discipline in a multinational regional environment.Key Responsibilities Regional Reporting & Consolidation Support monthly consolidation of financial performance across Emerging Markets.Prepare regional management reporting packs for senior leadership.Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of submissions from markets.Coordinate reporting timelines and deliverables with country finance teams.Forecasting & Planning Support regional budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning cycles.Consolidate country submissions and challenge assumptions where needed.Perform sensitivity analysis and scenario modelling.Performance Analytics Analyze regional performance across: RevenueGross marginOperating expensesEBITDAWorking capitalCash flow driversIdentify trends, risks, and performance improvement opportunities.Finance Business Support Support the FP&A Manager in executive presentations, board materials, and leadership reporting.Prepare ad hoc financial analysis for strategic decisions.Support productivity and margin improvement initiatives.Governance & Process Excellence Improve reporting governance and standardization across markets.Support automation and reporting simplification.Ensure high-quality financial data and reporting discipline.Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with market finance teams, accounting, supply chain, and commercial stakeholders.Act as coordination point during planning and reporting cycles.Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent.4–6 years of relevant FP&A / Finance experience.Experience in regional or multinational environments strongly preferred.Strong financial analysis and reporting background.Accounting exposure is a plus.Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling skills.ERP/reporting systems experience (SAP / Oracle / Power BI preferred).Strong communication and presentation skills.Fluent English required.Competencies High analytical capabilityStrong organizational skillsAbility to manage complexity and multiple deadlinesStrong communication and influencing skillsBusiness acumenOwnership and accountabilityContinuous improvement mindsetClick here to view all open positions at STADAClick here to follow our page STADA Emerging MarketsPlease note : Due to large volumes of applications, only successful candidates will be contacted.
