Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior FP&A Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being by attracting top talent that aligns with our values and organizational goals.Key Responsibilities: Partner with supply chain leadership to provide financial insights on procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution. Develop and maintain supply chain financial models, including cost-to-serve, working capital, and efficiency metrics. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for supply chain operations. Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve margins through scenario planning and sensitivity analysis. Enhance reporting processes and dashboards to improve visibility of supply chain KPIs. Collaborate cross-functional operations, procurement, and commercial teams to align financial goals with business strategy. RequirementsBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 5-7 years of FP&A experience, with at least 3 years focused on supply chain or operations finance. Strong analytical and modeling skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools). Experience with ERP and planning systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar). Excellent communication skills to influence non-finance stakeholders. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
