We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Senior Fraud Analyst to lead fraud detection,prevention, and risk mitigation across our payment ecosystem. This role plays a critical part in protecting the business from financial losses, optimizing fraud controls, and improving customer experience through intelligent risk decisioning.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and investigate complex fraud cases across transactions, accounts, and user behaviorPerform deep-dive analysis to identify emerging fraud patterns and attack vectorsLead investigations into high-risk incidents, including payment fraud and abuse casesDesign, implement, and continuously optimize fraud detection rules and scenariosBalance fraud prevention vs customer experience by reducing false positivesCollaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance our fraud monitoring rules and decisionsAnalyze large datasets to identify fraud trends, anomalies, and vulnerabilitiesDevelop dashboards and reports on key fraud KPIs (ex: Fraud rate).Provide actionable insights to improve fraud controls and business processesContribute to the overall fraud risk framework and policiesIdentify gaps in controls and recommend preventive measuresSupport audits, regulatory requests, and internal reviewsRequirements3 – 5+ years of experience in Fraud Risk, Transaction Monitoring, or Payments Risk in banking or fintech or relevent organizations.Strong experience in fraud detection tools, rules engines, and case management systemsDeep understanding of fraud typologiesStrong data analysis skillsExperience with fraud toolsAbility to interpret and act on real-time and batch transaction dataExcellent communication skills (technical + business)High ownership and accountability
