Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.Ensure compliance with local, national, and international financial regulations and standards.Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate financial data and analysis.Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and implement recommendations for process improvements.Monitor and reconcile balance sheets and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.Maintain and update accounting policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project accounting and cost control.Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the finance department. -Recording daily journal entries and ensuring accuracy in the GL-Supporting the preparation of financial statements under supervision-Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, as well as audit support- Assisting in the monthly and quarterly closing processes, including bank reconciliations-Monitoring prepaid expenses and accruals-Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail-Excellent organizational and time-management skills-Ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments-Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field-Familiarity with accounting systems is required-preferred SAP
