Ad Value CairoWe’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who does not just “make things look nice.”We need someone who can turn a brief into a visual idea, a campaign into a look, and a brand into something people actually remember.At Ad Value Cairo, you’ll work on real brands, real campaigns, and real creative challenges across social media, digital campaigns, branding, presentations, activations, and advertising material.This role is for a designer with taste, speed, ownership, and strong visual judgment. Someone who can take direction, challenge the obvious, and deliver work that is clean, smart, and campaign-ready.What you’ll do:Develop creative visual concepts for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, branding, and marketing material.Design static posts, carousels, campaign key visuals, story layouts, banners, pitch visuals, and client presentations.Translate creative briefs into strong visual directions that match the brand, audience, and campaign objective.Work closely with the Creative Director, content team, account management team, and media team.Create layouts that show strong understanding of typography, color, hierarchy, composition, and brand consistency.Adapt designs across different formats and platforms while keeping the idea and identity consistent.Handle multiple clients and projects at the same time without losing quality or deadlines.Review and polish designs before delivery to ensure they are clean, accurate, and ready for client presentation.Support in developing visual identities, campaign look and feel, and creative routes when needed.Stay updated with design trends, social media formats, digital behavior, and visual culture. We’re looking for someone who has:4 to 7+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an advertising, marketing, digital, or creative agency.A strong updated portfolio or Behance profile showing real creative work.Excellent command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Good knowledge of After Effects, Premiere, or motion basics is a strong plus.Strong eye for typography, layout, color, visual hierarchy, and composition.Experience in social media design, campaign design, branding, and digital content.Ability to understand briefs and transform them into clear, creative, and practical visual solutions.Ability to work fast without compromising quality.Strong attention to detail and ability to spot design mistakes before others do.Good communication skills and ability to receive feedback professionally.Ability to manage several tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.A team player who can collaborate with creatives, copywriters, account managers, and media specialists.You’ll be a great fit if you:Care about the idea, not only the layout.Know that “simple” does not mean empty.Can make a brand look consistent without making every design look the same.Understand that deadlines are part of creativity, not the enemy of creativity.Can take feedback without turning the design file into a crime scene.Have the maturity to own your work from first draft to final delivery.What we offer:Real exposure to brands, campaigns, pitches, and different industries.A creative agency environment where your work will be seen, discussed, and developed.A chance to work closely with experienced creative, content, media, and account teams.Room to grow, learn, and build stronger creative judgment.A workplace that values ownership, commitment, creativity, and high-quality work.
