The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the design process from initial brainstorming through to final artwork delivery, ensuring that all visual communications are aligned with overarching creative concepts and brand strategies. Working closely with the Art Director, the role involves interpreting creative direction into high-quality design work that resonates with target audiences. The Senior Graphic Designer will also play a key role in mentoring junior designers, upholding creative standards, and ensuring consistency and excellence across all project phases.Responsibilities and tasks:Collaborate with the copywriter to generate clear ideas and concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelinesCreate sketches and storyboard roughs to visualize ideas before proceeding to final design executionUnderstand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience to ensure designs effectively communicate the intended messageWork with the creative team across various media platforms including digital, print, social media, and outdoor advertisingTake projects from concept to final execution within set deadlines while maintaining high quality standards throughout the design processStay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our creative output remains innovative and competitivePresent design concepts and rationale to clients and internal stakeholders with confidence and clear communicationMentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to help develop their skills and maintain design consistency across projectsManage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively to meet all client deadlines and deliverablesEnsure brand consistency across all design materials and maintain adherence to client brand guidelines and agency quality standardsLeveraging AI-powered tools (e.g. generative design, image enhancement, layout automation) to enhance creative workflows and improve efficiency without compromising craftJob Specifications/Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or related design fieldExperience:3-5 years of proven experience particularly in digital advertising and agency environment.
