Lead the full recruitment and selection process for professional and managerial positions.Develop recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent.Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.Advise managers on employee relations matters and HR best practices.Resolve employee concerns and support conflict resolution.Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives.Manage the annual performance appraisal process.Support managers in setting objectives and evaluating employee performance.Support salary reviews, promotions, and compensation benchmarking.Assist with payroll-related activities and ensure data accuracy.Ensure employee records are accurate and compliant.
