On-site | Full-TimeWe are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead and manage key HR functions while driving employee performance and organizational development initiatives.Key Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end payroll operations.• Lead recruitment and onboarding activities.• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.• Drive performance management processes, including KPI setting, performance reviews, talent assessments, and development plans.• Support Organizational Development (OD) initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness projects.• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.• Administer compensation and benefits programs.• Maintain HRIS and HR reporting systems.• Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and HR regulations. • 5–10 years of progressive HR experience.• Strong hands-on experience in payroll management.• Proven experience in performance management systems and processes.• Solid exposure to organizational development (OD) initiatives.• Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.• Excellent knowledge of Egyptian labor law.• Experience using HRIS systems.• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.This role is ideal for HR professionals looking to play a strategic role in shaping people practices, enhancing organizational performance, and driving business success.
