Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations. Drive organizational development, employee engagement, and culture initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and learning & development initiatives. Analyze HR metrics and provide strategic recommendations to leadership. Lead HR process improvement initiatives and mentor the HR team.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (SHRM, PHR/SPHR, or CIPD) is an advantage. 10+ years of progressive HR experience. 4+ years in an HR leadership role. Proven expertise in HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
