Senior HR Operations - Alex Dessert Road

Receive and process new hire documentation for the site, including employment contracts, Social Insurance Form 1, bank account opening forms, and biometric enrollment.Monitor employee attendance, leave, and working hours through the biometric attendance system, and prepare periodic reports for management.Handle employee resignation procedures and submit all required documentation to the HR department.Track probation periods for newly hired employees and send probation evaluation forms to direct managers to confirm successful completion.Manage recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding activities for the assigned site, including coordinating employee training.Distribute payroll bank cards and medical insurance cards to employees.Process salary payments for newly hired employees.Assign employees to farms according to the recruitment and manpower plan provided by the Talent Acquisition team.Support employees with HR-related requests, including accommodation arrangements, employment letters, and general HR inquiries.Conduct exit interviews with resigning employees to identify the reasons for resignation using the approved exit interview form.Monitor probation periods following employee promotions after approval from the Talent Acquisition Department to ensure successful completion.Prepare periodic reports on the site's manpower requirements and current vacancies based on daily resignation data. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.4-6 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in site HR or HR Generalist roles.Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is preferred.Good knowledge of labor law, social insurance procedures, and HR operations.Experience with attendance and time management systems (biometric attendance is a plus).Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to work on-site.Candidates residing in or near Monufia, Beheira, or Giza Governorates are preferred.Transportation ProvidedMale only
