The human resources generalist will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, and will help with important functions such as staffing, training, Payroll, development, and compensation and benefits. At Adaptive Solutions, we understand that our business thrives when our employees thrive, and it begins with hiring the right human resources generalist, the HR generalist tasks and duties will be,Forecast hiring needs and implement the recruitment process smoothlyImplement training and development plansPlan quarterly and annual performance review sessionsUpdate employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment statusMaintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary recordsDevelop and implement HR policies throughout the organizationGenerating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning lettersCreating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulationsMaintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance recordsStay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR GeneralistSolid understanding of labor legislation and payroll processFamiliarity with full cycle recruitingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood problem-solving abilitiesTeam management skillsBSc degree.
