The Senior HR Specialist acts as a strategic talent and cultural partner across our creative, corporate, and retail divisions. This role manages end-to-end HR programs with a sharp focus on agility, creative talent acquisition, and brand alignment. The ideal candidate understands the unique rhythms of the fashion calendar and balances empathetic employee advocacy with driving a high-performance culture.Deploy advanced sourcing strategies via LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and niche databases to build a diverse pipeline of passive, high-potential candidates for critical business roles.Cultivate long-term talent communities and university partnerships to reduce future time-to-fill and ensure continuous access to top-tier industry professionals.Screen resumes and conduct rigorous behavioral interviews to accurately assess candidate competency, cultural alignment, and long-term retention potential.Facilitate the post-interview debrief process with hiring panels to eliminate bias, ensure objective evaluation, and drive swift hiring decisions.Manage the full candidate journey with transparent communication and professional feedback to protect the company's employer reputation and deliver a premium applicant experience.Collaborate with marketing teams on employer branding initiatives and career site optimization to position the company as an employer of choice within the global talent market.Structure competitive employment offers by balancing internal equity, candidate expectations, and market data to maximize candidate acceptance rates while respecting budgetary constraints.
