Personnel & Payroll CoordinationPayroll Prep: Calculate monthly salaries, ensuring accurate integration of basic pay, service commissions, and "Ghazal Coin" bonuses.Compliance: Manage all social and medical insurance documentation and ensure the spa is 100% compliant with Egyptian Labor Law.Attendance: Oversee the biometric attendance system and manage leave requests, ensuring branch coverage is never compromised.4.
