Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Generalist located in Alexandria, Egypt. In this role, the Senior HR Generalist will oversee and implement HR policies, manage employee benefits, and administer benefits programs. This individual will play a key role in driving HR initiatives, fostering employee engagement, managing compliance with regulations, and supporting organizational goals. Regular responsibilities include developing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, and addressing employee relations matters.
