Senior HVAC Design Engineer (Section Head Level) – CairoWe are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior HVAC Design Engineer (operating at Section Head level) to lead and oversee HVAC design activities within a well-established engineering environment.This role carries full responsibility for the planning, execution, and technical delivery of HVAC design works across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with international codes, company standards, and project requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage HVAC design activities across assigned projectsSupervise and coordinate a team of Project Engineers, Design Engineers, Senior Draftsmen, and DraftsmenReview, validate, and ensure accuracy of HVAC designs, drawings, and technical documentationEnsure all design outputs comply with relevant codes, standards, and internal quality requirementsCoordinate effectively with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project deliveryProvide technical leadership, guidance, and problem-solving support to the teamHandle special assignments as directed by senior managementRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred)10–15 years of experience in HVAC designStrong background in HVAC systems design principles and standardsProven experience in leading or supervising engineering teamsProficiency in CAD, MEP tools, and engineering softwareStrong leadership, communication, and analytical skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesWork EnvironmentBased in CairoOffice-based role with possible overtime depending on project demands
