Lead coordination with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee and mentor junior designers, fostering creative growth and technical expertise. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work. Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and client requirements. Minimum 4-6 years of professional experience in interior design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software, and Adobe Creative Suite.
