Human by nature.PurposeAssist in managing the IT infrastructure projects and operations, to ensure effective functioning in the area of network & telecommunications,local applications hosting, local hardware and servers, according to business and IT needs.You will be based in Egypt working in our location on 6th of October Site, and will be part of a regional team in EAME region, and you will report to the EAME NDI Operations ManagerMain ResponsibilitiesIT Infrastructure design and deliveryCollaborate with Regional Service Desk and IT Competency Centre resources on project.Implement local IT projects.Secure implementation of global projects locally.Maintain understanding of technology trends and directions.IT Infrastructure operations IT Infrastructure operations Ensure availability and continuity of the the infrastructure services in his/her scope Manage the technical solutions efficiency operated under their responsibility. Involved in Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request Management. Provide workarounds and solutions based on Service Level Objectives. In the case of Problem Management, collaboration with IM&T Competency Centers to ensure timelycorrective actions. Propose or recommend IM&T Infrastructure Services modifications. Refers more complex problems to problem managers and/or senior level. Support Infra Analysts with their relevant activities Ensure all technical Documentation is produced and kept up-to-date Assist other regions to deliver “Follow the Sun” support Assist in delivery of relevant DR Tests.Information Security Ensure security rules implementation as per the policies.Education / Primary Qualification DiplomaRequired university degree in IT related degree.
