Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee multiple, concurrent IT projects ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to ensure project goals and expectations are met. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies promptly. Monitor project progress and generate regular status reports for senior management. Facilitate effective communication across teams and promote a collaborative working environment. Mentor junior project managers and contribute to building strong project management capabilities within CCDS. Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field. At least 4-6 years of project management experience in IT sector. Demonstrated experience managing digital transformation, system development, and IT infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches. Professional project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 highly preferred. Additional certifications like ITIL, COBIT, or Agile/Scrum Master are advantageous. Experienced in managing vendor relationships and coordinating technical and consulting teams. Proficient in risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and project documentation. Effective communication skills in both Arabic and English (verbal and written). Skills and Competencies Exceptional leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to adapt to change. Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or equivalent. Ability to foster teamwork and manage diverse stakeholder relationships successfully.
