KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Account Management:Manage and develop a portfolio of SMB customers to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships with key decision-makers.Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SMB segment.Develop account plans and strategies to expand business within existing accounts.Sales Execution:Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective clients using solid value-based arguments.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close profitable deals.Meet or exceed assigned sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and annual).Customer Success & Retention:Provide excellent post-sales support and ensure a smooth customer experience.Address customer challenges promptly and ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.Market & Competitor Awareness:Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities.Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to align offerings with SMB customer needs.Reporting & Administration:Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in CRM systems.Prepare regular reports on account performance, forecasts, and pipeline development.
