Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Landscape BIM Engineer with advanced expertise in Autodesk Revit, landscape systems modeling, and Navisworks coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating high‑quality BIM models for landscape and external works packages across multidisciplinary projects.This role requires strong technical leadership, rigorous BIM standards compliance, and the ability to coordinate landscape interfaces with architectural, civil, MEP, and infrastructure disciplines.Key ResponsibilitiesBIM & Technical DeliveryDevelop, manage, and maintain LOD‑compliant landscape BIM models using Autodesk Revit.Model and document landscape systems including (but not limited to):Hardscape and softscapeGrading and levelsPlanting layoutsSite furniture and external fixturesIrrigation and drainage coordination (interface level)Prepare construction‑ready drawings, schedules, quantities, and model‑based outputs.Ensure accuracy, consistency, and constructability across all landscape deliverables.Coordination & Clash ManagementLead and participate in clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage.Resolve interdisciplinary clashes with Architecture, Civil, Structural, and MEP teams.Support coordination meetings and issue tracking using BIM collaboration workflows.BIM Standards & QA/QCEnforce project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), modeling standards, and naming conventions.Perform regular model audits, QA/QC checks, and compliance reviews.Maintain clean, lightweight, and well‑structured Revit models.Collaboration & LeadershipCoordinate with landscape architects, designers, engineers, and external consultants.Mentor junior BIM engineers and provide technical guidance where required.Support project managers with BIM‑related inputs, schedules, and progress reporting.Required QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural , Architecture, or a related discipline.Experience7+ years of experience in BIM modeling, with strong focus on landscape/external works.Proven experience working on complex, multidisciplinary projects.Technical Skills (Mandatory)Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (landscape modeling workflows).Strong hands‑on experience with Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination.Solid understanding of BIM LOD standards, workflows, and deliverables.Experience producing shop drawings, IFCs, as‑built models, and coordinated BIM outputs.Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDEs) and BIM collaboration platforms.Preferred / Advantageous SkillsExperience with Civil 3D, InfraWorks, or site grading coordination.Knowledge of local or international BIM standards (ISO 19650 or equivalent).Experience on large‑scale developments (urban, infrastructure, mixed‑use, or hospitality).Ability to review consultant BIM models and provide technical feedback.Strong documentation and coordination reporting skills.Key CompetenciesHigh attention to detail and model accuracyStrong coordination and communication skillsProactive problem‑solving mindsetAbility to work under deadlines and manage multiple prioritiesLeadership and mentoring capability
