Senior Lawyer Location: New Cairo, Egypt Company: B.TECH Job Purpose To protect the company's legal interests through managing litigation cases, legal investigations, court procedures, and enforcement actions while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities Handle legal procedures before courts, police stations, and governmental authorities. Draft lawsuits, legal memoranda, and related legal documents. Attend court hearings, investigations, and legal proceedings on behalf of the company. Follow up on legal complaints, reports, and ongoing cases. Execute and monitor court judgments issued in favor of the company. Conduct internal legal investigations when required. Review and support the drafting of contracts and agreements. Bachelor's Degree in Law. 3 to 5 years of experience in litigation and legal procedures. Previous experience in collection companies or banking sector is preferred. Good knowledge of Civil Law. Very good English language skills. Very good Microsoft Office skills. Required Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management. Time management and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
