This role is critical in fueling the sales engine by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients through structured outbound and inbound strategies. You will play a key role in positioning Arabot’s broader AI capabilities and aligning opportunities with business needs across different industries.Job Description:Own and drive lead generation strategy across sectors (BFSI, Government, Healthcare, Enterprise)Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, calls, events)Identify and qualify leads based on defined ICP and qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT / MEDDIC)Position Arabot’s full portfolio including AI, automation, CRM integrations, and CX solutionsBuild and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunitiesConduct discovery conversations to uncover business needs, challenges, and use casesEngage with key stakeholders such as: 1- Banks & Financial Institutions (CX, Digital, Risk, AML) 2- Healthcare Providers (Hospitals, Clinics, Insurance – patient engagement, automation) 3- Government Entities (Digital transformation, citizen services)Coordinate meetings and handover qualified opportunities to Sales / Account ManagersMaintain accurate CRM tracking (pipeline stages, conversion, activities)Continuously optimize outreach strategy, messaging, and targetingCollaborate with Marketing on campaigns, content, and sector-specific initiativesProvide weekly pipeline and performance reportsJob Specifications:4–7+ years of experience in Lead Generation / SDR / Business DevelopmentExperience in AI, SaaS, CRM, CX platforms, or enterprise technology solutionsStrong understanding of enterprise B2B sales cyclesExperience targeting BFSI, Government, or Healthcare sectors is a strong plusProven ability to generate and qualify high-value opportunitiesExcellent communication skills (English required, Arabic is a strong advantage)Strong CRM discipline (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)Structured, proactive, and target-driven mindsetWhat Success Looks Like:Strong pipeline generation across multiple AI solution areas (not product-limited)High-quality opportunities aligned with strategic sectorsHigh conversion rates from lead → opportunityClear reporting and visibility on pipeline performance
