Senior Leasing Executive

Job Purpose: The Leasing Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing occupancy rates for our commercial Unit . Responsibilities:1. Market available retail units and attract new local and international brands.2. Communicate with potential tenants and conduct site visits.3. Negotiate leasing terms and conditions in line with mall strategy.4. Prepare leasing proposals and coordinate lease contracts with management and legal teams.5. Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and ensure lease compliance.6. Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor malls.7. Contribute to achieving occupancy and revenue targets.Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.· Minimum of (3) years of experience in leasing, preferably in shopping malls.· Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.· Proficient in MS Office applications.· Very good command of English (written and spoken).
